DESIGN BRIEF: Establishing a comprehensive design brief in consultation with the client is the first essential step. This enables us to provide a concept design which ensures a catering production and service facility, tailor made to the individual requirements of the project partners.
DETAILED DESIGN PLANS: Having established a concept design, based on a clear and concise design brief, our cad drawings are progressed to include the following: Kitchen layout; storage solutions; waste managment; drainage and grease trap details; Mech. & Elec. requirements; staff changing facilities, and; itemised legends showing all service estimates.
HACCP COMPLIANCE: Through liaising with the appropriate Environmental Health Officers, and submitting all designs for approval, we ensure compliance with all Health Service Executive legislative requirements.
